Who builds the FlowKit workflows

FlowKit is a product by Tech-Bharat, an agency founded by Clément Lacaille and specialised in AI agents and automation for freelancers and SMBs. Day to day we design and operate systems that combine LLMs (Claude, GPT), vector databases and orchestration — for our clients first, then as ready-to-import packs whenever a need comes up often enough to deserve a product.

Why n8n

Because it is the automation tool we run in production ourselves: self-hostable (your data stays with you), extensible in JavaScript when a node falls short, and equipped with native AI nodes (AI Agent, vector stores, memory) that spare you from coding a full application. The 12 workflows in the packs are generalised, documented versions of mechanics we have deployed for real clients: AI email triage, RAG assistants over internal documents, audit trails.

How the workflows are built and tested

• every workflow is exported from a real n8n instance, then structurally validated (nodes, connections, credentials to plug in) by a script before each release;
• every node is documented: what it does, why it is there, what you need to customise;
• the installation guides are replayed from scratch on a clean instance before publication;
• packs are updated when n8n changes its nodes — updates included, no subscription.

Why the French focus

Quality n8n documentation is almost entirely in English. FlowKit was built to give French-speaking freelancers and SMBs first-class material in their own language — the workflows themselves are language-agnostic, and the blog shares what we learn while building, in both languages.
