Who is responsible?

The publisher of the FlowKit site (Tech-Bharat, Clément Lacaille, see the legal notice) is the data controller for the processing described below. Contact: admin@tech-bharat.com.

What data, and why?

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and cookies

Since 5 October 2026, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure site traffic and sales (page views, viewing a pack, clicking through to payment, confirmed purchase), only if you agree in the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set; “Decline” is as easy as “Accept”. Legal basis: your consent. GA4 does not store IP addresses. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last up to 13 months; your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

1-click buying (fx1c cookie)

After a purchase, we set a technical cookie fx1c that only contains your Stripe customer ID, signed (it cannot be altered or guessed), to recognise you on this device and offer 1-click buying. Lifetime: 13 months. Purpose: 1-click buying only (no analytics, no advertising). Your card is kept by Stripe, never by us: the site only shows its brand and last 4 digits. You can clear this cookie in your browser and ask for the saved card to be deleted at any time at admin@tech-bharat.com. Legal basis: performance of the contract (cookie needed for the service you ask for).

Tutorials and offers by email (free workflow)

If you leave your email to receive our free n8n workflow, tutorials and offers, we record: your email address, your first name if you provide it, the date and the exact wording of the consent you gave, the page you signed up from, and an anonymised (hashed, irreversible) fingerprint of your IP address for anti-abuse purposes — never your plain IP address. Legal basis: your consent, collected through an unticked checkbox.

This data is stored in our contact database, hosted on a DigitalOcean server we administer, and is never shared or sold. You can withdraw your consent at any time: unsubscribe link in every email, or a simple request to admin@tech-bharat.com — your data is then deleted.

“Hire a professional” requests

When you describe a need in the “Would you rather hire a professional?” form, we store your email and, if you provide them, your phone number, first name, company, tools to connect, budget, timeline and description, plus the page you wrote from. Purpose: putting you in touch with a professional who can build the automation. Recipients: Tech-Bharat (Clément Lacaille, publisher of this site) and, if needed, up to 3 partner professionals (automation integrators and developers), who may contact you by phone or email about your request. Legal basis: your consent, given through a separate, unticked checkbox; the exact wording and date are stored. Retention: at most 3 years after your request, unless you make a new one.

You can withdraw this consent and ask for deletion at any time by writing to admin@tech-bharat.com; withdrawal does not undo transfers already made, but we then ask the partners concerned to stop contacting you. Sign-ups for the free workflow above are never passed on.

Your workflows, your data

Purchased workflows run on your own n8n instance with your own API keys: no data processed by your automations (emails, documents, audit answers) ever passes through FlowKit or is accessible to us.

Processors and transfers

Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting) may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order data: 10 years (accounting obligations). Support exchanges: 3 years after last contact. Email contacts (tutorials and offers): until you withdraw consent, and at most 3 years after your last interaction. Technical logs: a few weeks.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: admin@tech-bharat.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.
