FlowKit

Terms of sale

Last updated: July 2026. This is a courtesy English translation; the French version (CGV) prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of digital products offered on the FlowKit site: n8n workflow packs in JSON format with their setup guides (the "Products"). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and prices

Products are described on their respective pages. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

3. Ordering and payment

Payment is made online by card through Stripe. The order is final upon payment confirmation; Stripe emails a receipt.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered immediately after payment as a download link shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. If you have any trouble downloading, write to admin@tech-bharat.com and a new link will be provided free of charge.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver. By confirming the order, the customer requests immediate delivery and expressly waives the statutory withdrawal right.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

Independently of the above, FlowKit offers a commercial guarantee: for 14 days after purchase, the customer may request a full refund, no justification needed, by emailing admin@tech-bharat.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. In particular, if a workflow file fails to import into an n8n version meeting the stated requirements, the refund is automatic.

7. License

Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own needs and those of your organization, including within services delivered to your end clients. Prohibited: resale, free or paid redistribution of the files, online publication, and inclusion in a competing offer.

8. Liability

The Products are templates to be adapted. The customer remains solely responsible for their configuration, the third-party services connected to them (and their costs), compliance of their data processing, and decisions based on AI-generated content. FlowKit's liability is capped at the order amount.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. An amicable resolution will be sought before any court action; consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
