Having your n8n automations built by a professional

FlowKit sells packs of ready-to-import n8n workflows that you install and adapt yourself. If you would rather delegate, this page helps you choose between a pack and custom development, prepare your brief and question an integrator. The form at the bottom sends your request to Tech-Bharat, the publisher of this site, or to a partner integrator.

Pack or custom: how to decide

A pack is usually enough when:

  • your need matches an existing workflow (email triage, document assistant, audit);
  • you already run an n8n instance, or someone can install one and fill in credentials;
  • the tools to connect have a native n8n node or a documented API.

Custom work is more justified when:

  • the process spans several business tools, some with no connector;
  • sensitive data requires specific hosting, permissions and logging;
  • you need error recovery, alerts and tests before every change;
  • nobody in-house has time to install, monitor and update n8n.

For hosting and its cost, our guides cover the options: the real cost of self-hosted n8n, installing n8n with Docker and updating it without breaking anything.

What your brief should contain

  • The current process, step by step, and what triggers it (incoming email, form, schedule, webhook).
  • The tools involved and the access you can provide (admin account, API key, export).
  • Volume: executions per day or month, size of the files processed.
  • What should happen on error, and who must be alerted.
  • The personal or confidential data involved, and where it may go (including to an AI model).
  • Where n8n will run: n8n Cloud, your server, or hosting managed by the provider.
  • Deadline and budget, even rough: they shape the answer.

Questions to ask an integrator

  • Will the workflows be delivered into my instance, with their JSON export, and remain mine?
  • Will credentials be created in my name and stored in my instance, not yours?
  • How are errors detected and reported (error workflow, alerts)?
  • Who updates n8n and the workflows, how often, and what does a change cost?
  • Can you show comparable automations you have built?
  • n8n is distributed under a so-called fair-code licence (Sustainable Use License): is the intended use covered?

What happens to your request

Your request is received by Tech-Bharat (Clément Lacaille), which publishes this site and also builds custom automations. If the project falls outside its scope or availability, it may be passed on to a partner professional, three at most, only if you ticked the consent box. You are then contacted by phone or email; you are free not to follow up. No price is quoted here: a quote depends on your brief.
