A useful reminder arrives at the right time, with the right amount and tone, and stops as soon as the customer has paid. This guide brings together the EU late-payment framework and three national transpositions (France, Germany, Ireland), the schedule and message templates, and the full n8n build: source of truth, step and interest calculation, stop condition checked at send time, audit log and human approval of the formal demand.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it cover US or UK law?

No. The legal chapters cover the EU framework and three member states. The method, templates and n8n build work anywhere, but check your local rules before quoting interest or fees.

Do I need Stripe?

No. The guide starts from any source of truth (PostgreSQL, Google Sheets, invoicing software with an API) and also shows the Stripe Billing variant.

Is there a French version?

Yes, adapted to French law (Code de commerce, mise en demeure, injonction de payer), not a word-for-word translation.

How is the guide delivered?

As an A4 PDF file, downloadable right after payment from the confirmation page; the link is also emailed to you and stays available from the “Retrouver mes achats” (find my purchases) page. Readable on desktop, tablet and phone, and printable (the checklists are meant to be ticked).

Will the guide be updated?

Yes: every correction is dated and carried into the next edition, which you download again at no cost with the same link. The current edition is October 2026, checked against n8n 2.44.5.

What if the guide is not right for me?

14-day commercial guarantee: full refund on simple email request to admin@tech-bharat.com, no questions asked (terms and conditions, article 6).
